What is integrated alignment coaching?
It is coaching that treats your personal goals, your professional or business goals and your financial goals as one connected system rather than three separate engagements. The premise is that most people are not short on effort — they are short on alignment, and the three areas are quietly working against each other.
Who does Supporting Visions work with?
Sales professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs, corporate teams, investors and individuals who want structured support with their own growth. Since opening in 2024 the work has spanned non-profits and commercial businesses.
Do you work with people outside the Seattle area?
Yes. Supporting Visions is based in Bellevue, Washington and meets clients in person locally, with remote sessions available for clients elsewhere.
What happens in a consultation?
It is a conversation about where you are and what you are trying to reach. You will leave with a straight answer about whether coaching is likely to help, and what the first step would be. There is no obligation to continue.
How is the monthly program different from one-to-one coaching?
The monthly program is a standing membership with four consultations a month, priority scheduling, deal support and a 20% member rate on any additional coaching. One-to-one coaching outside the program is arranged per engagement.
How quickly will I see results?
That depends on what you are working on and how much of it is in your control. Supporting Visions does not publish typical-result figures, because honest ones would depend entirely on your situation. What a consultation will give you is a realistic read on your own.
