Privacy Policy

This policy describes what the website actually does. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer — Supporting Visions should have counsel check it against Washington State and federal requirements before launch.

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us through a form on this site:

• Enquiry and consultation forms. Your name, email address, phone number, company, what you are looking for help with, your preferred contact method, your preferred dates and anything you write in the message field.
• Newsletter. Your email address and which page you subscribed from.
• Campaign attribution. If you arrive from an advertisement or a link with tracking parameters, we record those parameters, the page you landed on and the site that referred you, and attach them to any form you later submit. This is stored in your browser’s session storage and is cleared when you close the tab.

We do not collect payment card details on this site. If online payment is enabled for a program, checkout is handled entirely by Stripe and your card details never reach our servers.

Why we collect it

To answer your enquiry, arrange a consultation, deliver the coaching or programs you ask for, send the newsletter if you subscribed, and understand which marketing is working. Nothing else.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share it with anyone except the service providers listed below.
• We do not send marketing email to people who only submitted an enquiry. The newsletter is opt-in and separate.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. If Supporting Visions later enables Google Analytics 4 or the Meta Pixel, those services will set their own cookies and this policy will be updated to say so, along with any consent controls required.

Session storage is used for campaign attribution as described above. It is not a cookie and is not shared with third parties.

Service providers

Form submissions may be passed to the following, depending on what is configured: an email delivery provider, a customer relationship or automation platform, and a newsletter provider. Each processes the information only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and consultation records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping obligations. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any newsletter using the link in the email.
• Ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by emailing david@supportingvisions.com.

Washington State residents have rights under the My Health My Data Act and other state law; residents of other jurisdictions may have additional rights. Contact us and we will honour any request the law gives you.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated and rate-limited on the server, and credentials for any connected service are held in server-side environment variables, never in the page.

Children

This site is intended for adults and business audiences. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
